SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO—May isn't only about being over the showers and into the flowers, it's also National Pet Month! Summit County Executive Ilene Shapiro announced a special adoption event reducing dog adoption fees to just $28 (regularly $94) throughout the entire month of May.
